Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join a busy and collaborative legal team in Oxnard, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong litigation support experience who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys Prepare, format, and file pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents Assist with electronic filing in state and federal courts Manage calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and meetings Assist with discovery and trial preparation Maintain organized case files and documents Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties Support attorneys with day-to-day case management Qualifications Prior litigation secretary or legal secretary experience Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology Experience with court filings and calendaring Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment This is a great opportunity to be a part of a great firm doing amazing work.
