The Law Office Assistant will play an important role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while delivering exceptional service to attorneys, staff, and clients. Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Scan, copy, print, and distribute legal documents and correspondence.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and client appointments.
- Order and maintain office supplies and assist with office operations.
- Enter and update information within firm databases and systems.
- Assist attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants with administrative projects as needed.
- Ensure the reception and common areas remain professional and organized.
