  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking dependable, hands‑on candidates to support two key production areas: the Enclosure Shop, where metal generator enclosures are constructed, and the Finish Department, where final assembly and detailing take place. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, tool‑based work and want to develop or expand their skills in an industrial environment.
  • Responsibilities:
  • + Assemble metal enclosures using hand tools and power tools. + Perform finishing tasks, including final assembly and inspection. + Complete daily assigned work in a fast‑paced, industrial setting. + Assist with both indoor and outdoor tasks as needed. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience in any of the following areas is a strong plus: + Carpentry or general construction. + Power tool and hand tool usage. + Metal fabrication or mechanical assembly. + Landscaping, concrete, or similar labor-intensive work.
  • Work Environment:
  • + Combination of indoor and outdoor industrial work + Safety glasses and ANSI Z41-approved safety‑toe shoes required + After interviewing with department leads, candidates may be placed in either the Enclosure Shop or Finish Department based on skill fit

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $19.

00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
