Job Description
Troy law firm practicing real estate law seeks a highly organized and dependable Legal Mailings & Document Processing Clerk to manage the preparation of court documents and outgoing legal mailings. This is a hands-on administrative position involving document printing, organization, data entry, envelope preparation, and mailing. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, able to manage high-volume repetitive tasks, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. This position involves a significant amount of physical document handling and requires someone who can maintain a steady pace while meeting daily deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems quickly. The position requires in-office, on-site work. Neither legal experience nor a paralegal certificate are required. Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
