Job Description The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking best and final quotes for a Temporary Legal Secretary who will perform the following job assignments:
  • Assist Records Access Officer with Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) responses including collecting and reviewing responsive documents and assisting with redactions.
  • Answer main FOIL telephone line, maintain FOIL mailbox (physical and email), respond to the public regarding FOIL requests.
  • Track deadlines and maintain databases.
Must have knowledge of legal terminology, business communications, and general clerical skills.
