: Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, contracts, and memoranda Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records Conduct legal research and compile materials for case preparation Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, & external parties Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.)
Qualifications:
