We are a high-volume collections law firm located in Anderson Township and are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized , able to work efficiently both independently and within a team, and capable of maintaining accuracy while handling multiple responsibilities. A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow all firm and client policies are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering incoming collections calls Making outgoing collections calls in accordance with client and firm requirements Communicating professionally with consumers regarding account status Assisting staff with court filings and related documentation Performing skip tracing to locate updated contact information Supporting the legal team with additional tasks as needed This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining professionalism and compliance with all policies and procedures.
