  • We are seeking a dedicated receptionist/legal secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in law office procedures and possess strong administrative skills. This role involves managing and coordinating cases, client communication, and will serve as a receptionist for the office by greeting visitors on the phone or in person and directing them appropriately.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in personal injury law
  • Must speak Spanish. Position is in person only.
