OBGYN Care For Women's Medical GroupPosition Type:

Part time 4 days a week potential for full time after 90 days. Flexible schedule

Location:

Upland or Chino Hills Care For Women's Medical Group is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Medical Biller/Collector to join our OBGYN practice immediately. If you are a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of OBGYN coding, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve Accounts Receivable (AR), including submitting appeals and managing claim denials. Accurately post insurance payments from Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). Handle patient and insurance inquiries with strong telephone communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

2+ years Proven experience working in medical office setting preferably within an OBGYN medical office setting.

Coding Mastery:

Full knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, procedure coding, and modifiers.

Medicare Proficiency:

Solid understanding of Medicare billing and coding regulations.

Technology:

Required experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Preference will be given to candidates with Greenway Prime Suite experience.
