We are currently behind on our aging and need someone who will actually do the work, master our portals quickly, and focus heavily on collecting insurance payments and submitting appeals.

Our Practice Specialties & In-House Services Specialties:

Adult Primary Care, Pediatric Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Sleep Medicine In-House Diagnostics:

Ultrasounds, Echocardiograms, and Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs)

Payer Types:

HMO, PPO, Contracted, and Non-Contracted plans Required Systems & Portal Experience IEHP Noridian Blue Shield Availity United Healthcare One HealthcareID Optum-Primecare & Optum Inland Faculty Regal Medical Group & Physicians Health Network (PHN)

Active Medical Billing Certification (Required)

Experience:

Proven experience in medical billing, insurance collections, patient accounts reconciliation, and submitting insurance appeals

Work Ethic:

A fast learner, multi-tasker, and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and shows up consistently every single day Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (On-site)

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Wage:

$20.00 / hour 90-

Day Probationary Period:

Eligible for 24 hours of sick pay upon successful completion. 6-

Month Milestone:
