If you are passionate about patient care and looking to advance your career, we want to hear from you! Overview We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental terminology, insurance verification, and coding practices. If you are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
  • Process insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date
  • Assist in coding procedures and diagnoses using ICD-10 codes
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate billing and coding practices Skills
  • Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Experience working in a medical or dental office setting
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification processes
