About TheraSupport, LLC We offer a Residential Supported Independent Living program for people with Traumatic Brain Injury. We are a comprehensive therapy, neuropsychological, and wellness clinic. Description We are seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on professional to manage day-to-day billing tasks. Our offices are located in a beautiful, non-institutional setting surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a mission-driven organization. What you'll be doing: Verifying insurance benefits and deductible status before or at time of service Determining co-pays and deductibles due, and supporting collections Collaborating with leadership to streamline and improve billing workflows Who we're looking for: Someone with experience submitting claims directly to insurance companies, including familiarity with electronic portals such as TheraOffice and RevConnect/Inovalon. Knowledge of medical billing and coding practices; formal coursework or certification is a plus, but not required Strong understanding of insurance verification, claim adjudication, and collections processes Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently A clear communicator who's comfortable training and supporting others
