Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Medical Coder and Biller to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately coding medical records, managing billing processes, and ensuring seamless revenue cycle management. Your expertise will help optimize insurance claim processing, improve cash flow, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Review and analyze medical records to assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and DRG codes in accordance with medical coding guidelines. Ensure accurate billing for inpatient and outpatient services using advanced billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Process health insurance claims efficiently, adhering to third-party billing requirements and health insurance policies. Manage electronic health record (EHR/EHR) systems for billing and coding, maintaining precise medical records and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and resolve coding or billing discrepancies promptly. Stay current with updates in ICD coding standards, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT coding, and DRG classifications to ensure compliance. Support revenue cycle management by monitoring accounts receivable, following up on unpaid claims, and facilitating collections. Experience Proven experience in medical coding and billing within a healthcare setting. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and coding for inpatient services. Strong knowledge of health insurance claim processing and third-party billing procedures. Experience with EMR/EHR systems and billing software is essential. Knowledge of

coding standards, DRG classifications, and medical coding guidelines. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex medical documentation accurately.
