1 About the Opportunity We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide coverage for an elementary school team in the Milaca, Minnesota area . This is a unique opportunity for an SLP interested in a long-term substitute assignment with the potential for a reduced schedule following the initial coverage period. Position Highlights Provide speech and language services to students at an elementary school . Serve as a long-term substitute for approximately 10 weeks , beginning around October. Following the initial assignment, transition to approximately 2 days per week . Provide direct therapy and support students in achieving their communication goals. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related-service professionals. Participate in student goal development, progress monitoring, and documentation. Work as part of a collaborative educational team focused on student success. Position is expected to continue through the 2026-2027 school year . Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Minnesota SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure. CCC-SLP preferred. Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Passion for helping students develop functional communication skills and succeed in the classroom. Why Consider This Opportunity?
