What you'll actually do: Submit and analyze insurance claims (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) Own A/R follow-up and resolve denials/underpayments using CARC codes and payer guidelines Post payments, process statements, and be the calm, clear voice patients turn to with billing questions Stay sharp on coding updates and flag changes to providers and leadership Dig into payer portals to chase down policy details and resolve sticking points What makes you a fit: 4+ years of recent medical billing experience for physician services Strong grasp of CARC codes, denial management, and payment posting Comfortable in EHR/practice management systems Sharp attention to detail and a self-starter mentality Bonus points: pediatric/primary care billing experience, NCCI edit familiarity, or
