Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and insurance providers regarding billing inquiries, payments, and account resolution. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of medical billing processes, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume patient phone calls
• Respond to patient and insurance inquiries regarding billing, charges, and payment options
• Explain medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment plans in a clear and professional manner
• Process payments and assist with billing discrepancies or disputes
• Verify insurance information and eligibility
• Maintain accurate patient account records in billing systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
• Performs other related duties as assigned by senior management Requirements Previous experience in a Billing customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong understanding of medical terminology is essential . Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Orthopedic procedures is a plus. The in-office schedule is : Monday
