Babcock National Golf Club , located in Punta Gorda, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Tennis Shop Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist members and guests at the tennis courts with a warm, professional demeanor. Manage court reservations, equipment rentals, and accurately process fees. Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information regarding tennis programs and services. Enforce club rules and ensure proper use of facilities and equipment. Conduct daily inspections of courts and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness. Support the maintenance team in keeping courts in top playing condition. Represent the club positively at local and regional tennis events when possible. Maintain a clean and organized tennis shop environment. Promote a culture of safety and service excellence.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in tennis operations, and customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, uses hands; talks and hears, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally sits. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
