Job Description
HR Dynamics is currently seeking a Court Specialist to join a professional and fast-paced court environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work, public interaction, and supporting the daily operations of the judicial system.
Job Duties:
Assist members of the public in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence by providing information on court procedures, case status, and filing requirements. Open new court cases by assigning case numbers, preparing documentation, entering information into the court management system, and maintaining accurate records. Maintain, organize, and update case files while conducting file searches, retrieving records, copying documents, and processing authorized requests. Prepare case files and supporting documentation for hearings, trials, arraignments, conferences, and jury selection. Provide courtroom support by assisting judges and court staff before, during, and after proceedings as needed. Prepare and process court documents such as summonses, warrants, commitments, appeals, court orders, and other legal forms in accordance with established procedures. Ensure evidence received through court proceedings is properly documented, logged, and secured. Assist with maintaining court calendars, dockets, and scheduling information. Prepare routine reports and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy. Complete additional administrative duties and work overtime when operational needs require.Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Comfortable using computers and entering data accurately. Prior administrative, legal, court, or clerical experience is a plus but not required. Must successfully pass a Level II Fingerprinting Background & Drug Screen Salary $15.47/hour with comprehensive benefits after a successful introductory period. Schedule rotates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM, or 8:30 AM
