Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 1810 Court St. in Pekin, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goalsLead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptlyManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseCreate and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levelsHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentParticipate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive salesAnalyze sales data and make recommendations for improvementsQualificationsProven experience in retail or food service management, preferably as an Assistant ManagerStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindsetProficiency in inventory management and schedulingExperience with cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) systemsSolid understanding of retail or food service operations and local health and safety regulationsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
