Under general supervision from our HOA attorneys, the ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience handling the following tasks. Open new files received from our homeowner association clients Obtain documents from clients regarding ledger balances, past due amounts, and governing documents for each association Prepare lien and foreclosure documents for filing with the correct jurisdictional court Follow through to ensure that foreclosures are properly processed and recorded with the appropriate court Prepare reinstatement quotes, payment plans, etc. with supervision of attorney Interact with clients and homeowners regarding the status of liens and other matters as appropriate The ideal candidate will be focused on details, consistent in following up with the judicial office, county recorder offices, and other agencies regarding status, and able to work closely with fellow employees, providers, and others professionally and personally. We expect the ideal candidate to work independently once assigned a task and work with minimal supervision by the attorneys with whom they work. Foreclosure experience, or knowledge of the foreclosure process, is helpful. Salary - up to $30/hour Full-time employees work 37.50 hours but are paid for 40 hours per week Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k), profit-sharing contributions, STD, LTD, and employer-paid life insurance.
