Position Summary:
The Title and License Assistant will assist in the implementation and execution of all fleet support needs, including title and registration, fuel card assignments and other day-to-day fleet related needs.
Essential Functions:
Assist in maintaining, monitoring, and management of vehicle titles, registration, and licenses. Ensure title information is kept current in the fleet management database. Assist in issuing fuel cards and managing fuel card database. Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate records of vehicles, insurance and regulatory filing and reporting. Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant education or certification is a plus. Proven experience in administrative roles; preferably in fleet management industry. Excellent organization and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
