This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with documentation, maintaining accurate records, and making sure warranty claims are processed correctly and efficiently. As a Warranty Clerk, you'll play an important role in supporting our team by handling warranty claims from preparation and submission through reconciliation and payment while ensuring all documentation meets manufacturer requirements. What You'll Do Warranty Administration Prepare, process, and submit warranty claims accurately and on time. Review claims to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. Verify claims meet manufacturer requirements and guidelines. Reconcile submitted claims and follow up on outstanding payments. Scan and maintain warranty documentation. Keep warranty records organized, accurate, and up to date. Ensure documentation is maintained according to manufacturer requirements. Administrative Support Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions. Communicate with internal teams regarding claim status and missing documentation. Assist with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. What We're Looking For Previous warranty administration or automotive experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, professional, and committed to accuracy. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
