Job Description
Deputy Clerk Athens County Municipal Court The Athens County Municipal Court seeks applications for the position of Deputy Clerk. This role is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the Athens County Municipal Court. This position involves significant interaction with the public, processing legal documents, and maintaining accurate court records. This is a full-time position directly appointed by the Judge and is covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The pay rate is $15.37- $19.32 per hour. The position may also be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF). This position is on-site and remote work is not available for this position.
