Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hygiene Assistant with a current radiology license to manage all aspects of hygiene patient care and scheduling in our dental practice. This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency of our hygiene department, enhancing patient satisfaction, and maintaining adherence to hygiene treatment protocols. Dental Hygiene Duties Assist with patient intake, Manage and optimize hygiene appointment scheduling to maximize patient flow. Handle front desk responsibilities such as multi-line phone systems, patient greeting, and phone etiquette. Taking X-rays, Sterilization of instruments and rooms. Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards during all administrative activities Perform other clerical duties such as faxing, scanning, and office management tasks to support clinic operations Dental Hygiene Qualifications Radiology License is required . Excellent communication and organizations skills. Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment with attention to detail. Self-motivation and initiative to drive patient engagement. Adherence to professional standards and patient confidentiality.
