What You'll Be Doing:
Own the
Claim Cycle:
Review, prepare, code, and submit warranty claims directly to vehicle manufacturers swiftly and accurately.
Maximize Approvals:
Monitor claim status, resolve chargebacks or discrepancies, and ensure every eligible claim is paid in full.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure repair orders (ROs) have proper technician stories, punch times, and supporting documentation.
Maintain Compliance:
Stay up-to-date on factory warranty bulletins, labor ops, and submission guidelines.
Keep It Organized:
Maintain organized physical and digital records for seamless factory audits and accounting reconciliation.
Who We're Looking For:
The Detail Detective:
You catch the missing checkbox, the wrong labor code, or the omitted part number before anyone else does.
Experience:
1+ years of automotive warranty processing or dealership office experience is a plus (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or Dealertrack) . Sharp candidates with transferable administrative, medical billing, or insurance claims experience will also be considered and trained.
Communication Skills:
Professional, clear, and confident when speaking with OEM reps, service staff, and management.
Tech-Savvy:
