This is an in-person role for someone with prior office experience who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced environment and interacting with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and comfortable with Adobe Acrobat, PDF conversion, document formatting, Excel, and managing electronic files in a deadline-driven office environment. You will work closely with the owner and play a key role in scheduling, client communication, transcript production support, and court filing. Key Responsibilities Schedule depositions and coordinate calendars for court reporters Communicate with attorneys, law firms, clients, and court reporters Maintain and manage a dynamic scheduling calendar Assist with transcript production, formatting, and document conversion Electronically file documents with the courts using online e-filing systems Create, schedule, and host remote meetings using Zoom Maintain organized digital and physical office records Provide general administrative and office support Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of prior office or administrative experience required (legal or professional office experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to work in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven office environment Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, PDF creation and conversion, and document formatting Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic spreadsheets) Comfortable creating, scheduling, and hosting meetings using Zoom High level of computer proficiency, including managing electronic files Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to confidentiality Work Environment In-person position in McAllen, Texas Professional office setting Small, collaborative team Training provided for court reporting-specific software and processes How to Apply Please apply with your resume and a brief summary of your relevant office experience.
