The Role:
We are looking for a hardworking, Bilingual Assistant Detail Manager to partner with our Site Manager.
Please note:
This is a 100% hands-on production role. You will be responsible for executing the daily make-ready workload, keeping the workflow organized, and ensuring every vehicle meets our strict quality standards before hitting the lot or being delivered to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality, efficient auto detailing and basic entry-level make-ready services alongside the Site Manager. Wash, vacuum, prep, and detail vehicles continuously throughout the day during peak dealership hours. Help manage the daily ticket flow and prioritize vehicles to meet dealership deadlines. Communicate effectively regarding workflow, vehicle status, and dealership needs (requires fluency in both English and Spanish). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring all detailing supplies and inventory are properly handled. Assist with moving dealership inventory safely around the lot as needed.
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous hands-on auto detailing experience is highly preferred, specifically working in a fast-paced dealership make-ready environment.
Language:
Must be strictly bilingual (English and Spanish) to effectively coordinate with the Site Manager and dealership staff.
Work Ethic:
This is a physical, production-driven job. You must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an outdoor/shop environment.
Skills:
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain consistency on every vehicle.
License:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required for handling dealership vehicles).
