Job Description
District Court
Assists the public in processing court filings, arranging for court hearings, setting up monthly time payments, arranging for participation in Court Parks Work Program, and in referrals to Department of Assigned Counsel and Adult Probation. Processes anti-harassment/protection orders.
Responds to court-related telephone and counter inquiries and/or complaints from other departments, organizations and the public. Greets and directs case participants to appropriate courtroom.
Coordinates contested hearing scheduling and summons/subpoena processing.

Job duties include:
Receives, receipts and records payments of court fines, bail, penalty assessments and fees according to established court procedures. Maintains and balances cash drawer at the end of each day.Assists the public in processing court filings, arranging for court hearings, setting up monthly time payments, arranging for participation in Court Parks Work Program, and in referrals to Department of Assigned Counsel and Adult Probation. Processes anti-harassment/protection orders.
