Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM TDL Staffing is seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy Anchorage office while providing executive and administrative support to company leadership. In this role, you'll help keep the office running efficiently by coordinating facilities, managing schedules, supporting meetings and events, and serving as a central resource for employees, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires excellent time management, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. What You'll Do Office Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Anchorage office to maintain an efficient, organized, and professional work environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries while coordinating office maintenance, workspace needs, facility services, and office security. Manage office supplies, vendors, equipment, mail, shipping, courier services, and visitor reception. Coordinate office technology needs with internal staff and external IT providers, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and office equipment. Maintain company contact lists, distribute internal communications, and oversee the corporate event and sponsorship calendar. Ensure the office remains clean, safe, and professionally maintained. Executive & Administrative Support Manage the President & CEO's business and personal calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Coordinate executive calendars, departmental meetings, Microsoft Teams meetings, conference room reservations, meeting agendas, presentation materials, and follow-up. Arrange domestic and occasional international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage scheduling priorities and conflicts. Assist with purchasing card administration, expense documentation, and handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Event Coordination Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and company functions. Manage event logistics, including venues, catering, travel, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and branded merchandise. Develop event timelines, monitor project milestones, and support company sponsorships and community engagement activities. Minimum Requirements Previous experience in office management, executive administration, or a similar administrative leadership role. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams. Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, and events. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and maintain strict confidentiality. Background screening is part of the hiring process for this position.
