Job Description
Summary As an Office Manager, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Reporting directly to senior management, you will leverage your core skills in office and clerical management, communication, and organization to support clinical staff and daily administrative tasks. Additionally, your relevant experience in office organization and calendar coordination will foster a collaborative workplace. Join us and contribute to our organizational success in a dynamic setting. Job Duties The Office Manager is responsible for front desk operations. Greets consumers arriving for appointments and collects all needed information. Reschedules appointments with the doctor, nurse, therapist or other staff. Checks consumer insurance status and insures client record is up to date for all appointments. Insures that office and janitorial supplies are ordered on timely basis. Answers incoming calls and directs to appropriate staff. Makes reminder phone calls for appointments and checks client record for needed information prior to scheduled appointments. Qualifications Associate Degree in Office Management preferred Proven office management and administrative experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency schedule management essential Knowledge of medical office management and front desk operations Ability to work effectively as part of a treatment team. Ability to deal with consumers in a friendly and welcoming manner
