This individual will play a key role in maintaining efficient day-to-day clinic operations while providing excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Manage front desk operations and greet patients and visitors Schedule appointments and assist with maintaining daily clinic schedules Maintain inventory and ensure office/clinic supplies are adequately stocked Organize and maintain employee files and administrative records Assist with administrative duties including copying, scanning, filing, and document management Support efficient clinic flow and communication between staff and patients Identify opportunities to improve office processes and implement systems for increased efficiency and workflow organization Assist leadership and clinical staff with additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, front desk, or office coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and standard office equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience in a healthcare or therapy clinic setting is preferred but not required Skills & Attributes Professional and positive attitude Dependable and self-motivated Strong problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a willingness to assist where needed Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development Meaningful work supporting patient care and rehabilitation services
