U.S. Citizenship required Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. Essential Functions Professionally greets visitors following security protocol by signing in vendors, customers, and various visitors with a pleasant demeanor, issuing badges and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals Assists Corporate HQ staff by performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures that may be complex Leads planning, organizing, and executing of monthly luncheons and other events from start to finish Manages event setup, breakdown and cleanup, maintaining a tidy and professional environment Coordinates with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations Answers and routes incoming phone calls, delivers messages with polite professionalism Prepares and submits expense reports Performs routine errands including shopping for office supplies, picking up food orders, and completing other authorized deliveries to support daily office operations Maintains professionalism and cleanliness of office daily by stocking refrigerator, wiping counters, tidying conference rooms and common areas, emptying trash, re-stocking office and bathroom supplies, etc. Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and packages May prepare, manage, and disburse office forms May assist with editing and proofreading documents May assist with filing and other administrative office duties Uses Microsoft Office suite for email, budget tracking, and managing conference room calendars Required Education and Experience Minimum of 5 years of related experience to include at least 2 years of hospitality experience US Citizenship Required Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance (if necessary). Candidate must be 18 years or older and have access to reliable transportation to support the job duties listed above
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Prior experience working with government contracting organizations Prior experience organizing and executing events/luncheons in a professional setting
