Mobile, AL Job Details Part-time $20 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Computer literacy Administrative experience Multi-line phone systems Clerical experience Office management Office experience Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team part-time! The ideal candidate would have prior experience in an office setting and have the availability to work from 12pm-5pm daily. Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Perform data entry, filing, and light accounting work Utilize office management software including Microsoft Office Suite, Pro Payroll Software and other computer applications to support daily operations Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, preparing correspondence, and entering E-Verify information Experience Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles within a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred Prior experience managing multi-line phone systems Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and general office management practices This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting our team's success.
