Montgomery, AL Job Overview:
Pediatric Healthcare, a trusted provider of pediatric healthcare in Montgomery, Alabama, is committed to delivering advanced medical care with a compassionate, personal touch. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Manager to join our dedicated team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office while supporting our mission of exceptional care and service to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all workflows comply with company policies and support clinical efficiency. Supervise and support office staff to maintain a positive, collaborative work environment. Manage office supply inventory and coordinate maintenance or replacement of equipment as needed. Serve as a professional and compassionate point of contact for patients and families. Assist with HR functions including hiring, training, staff scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations. Lead front desk operations including patient check-in, phone communication, and general inquiries. Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated experience in medical office management; pediatric office experience preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills, including budgeting and scheduling. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with staff, patients, and external partners. Proven leadership experience with a focus on team-building and conflict resolution. Working knowledge of human resource practices and employment regulations. Professional phone etiquette and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
