Job Description
Office Manager - Optometry Clinic (Searcy, AR ) We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our established, busy optometry clinic in Searcy, AR. This full-time role is essential to keeping our practice running smoothly and ensuring excellent care for our patients. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and managing processes such as reporting and billing. We're looking for a dependable, caring professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team in fast-paced medical office environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support clinic staff Manage office budget and ensure accurate/timely reporting Oversee office operations, including maintenance, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Maintain office policies and procedures Coordinate onboarding and training for new team members Organize office activities and events in collaboration with the home office Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and troubleshooting issues as they arise Additional duties as discussed during the interview process. Qualification & Skills Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant (medical office experience preferred) Knowledge of office administration, systems, and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax, etc.) Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Education and Experience College education preferred (not required) Minimum 3 years of management experience (preferred) 3 years of medical billing experience (preferred)
