Job Description

About the Role W & Partners Property Management is a new property management company launching out of Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, backed by an established real estate team with a decade of local market experience. We're looking for an Office Manager to be one of our first hires and help build the operational backbone of this business from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company. You'll run the day-to-day office operations, keep tenants, owners, and vendors communicating smoothly, and help shape our processes as we scale from our first properties to a full portfolio. You'll take direction well, work independently once you know the drill, and stay calm when the phones are ringing and the to-do list is long. What You'll Do 1 Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors by phone, email, and in person 2 Manage the office's day-to-day operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence 3 Coordinate maintenance and repair requests between tenants, vendors, and ownership, and track them through to completion 4 Support rent collection, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out paperwork 5 Keep property management software (Buildium or similar) up to date with tenant, owner, and property records 6 Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoice tracking, deposits, and basic reporting 7 Help draft and post listings for available rental properties 8 Take direction from leadership and adapt quickly as our processes, systems, and team grow 9 Identify ways to make our office run more efficiently as our portfolio expands What You Bring Property management experience (residential leasing, tenant relations, or maintenance coordination) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A level head under pressure; you stay organized and professional when things get busy Strong technology skills and comfort learning new software quickly A willingness to take direction, follow established processes, and pitch in wherever needed Flexibility to take on new responsibilities and shift roles as the company grows Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once Experience with Canva for creating flyers, listings, and marketing materials Nice to Have Familiarity with Buildium property management software An Arizona real estate license (not required, but a plus) Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software Prior experience in a small business or startup environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) Why Join Us We're building this company from the ground up, and this role is a real opportunity to grow with it. You'll have a direct hand in shaping how our office runs, room to take on more responsibility as we add properties and staff, and the backing of a real estate team that already has deep roots in the Phoenix and Scottsdale market. We are all in this together, and we're looking for someone who wants to build something alongside us, not just clock in and out.
