Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the overall efficiency of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, assisting staff and customers, managing schedules and records, and helping maintain a professional and productive environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while supporting team operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers or visitors Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office supplies Support team members with administrative and operational needs Assist with billing, data entry, and reporting as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications Previous office administration or management experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient with basic computer systems and office software Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Pay:
$54,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
