What You'll Be Doing:

SALES & PROSPECTING

This is a sales role—trainers must drive their own success by engaging members, making calls, and building their book of business.

Personal Training:

Create programs, train clients, and help them hit their goals.

Client Acquisition:

Prospect inside and outside the gym. Every handshake, phone call, and floor conversation is an opportunity.

Pre-Sale Duties:

Until opening, help fuel the buzz by marketing in the community, generating leads, and connecting with local businesses.

Who We're Looking For:

Certified Personal Trainers (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, etc.) Hungry self-starters who thrive in a sales-driven environment Passionate about fitness AND financial success Outgoing, coachable, and relentless about growth
