This role ensures the facility runs efficiently, employees receive consistent administrative support, and all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, maintains strong accountability, and can balance administrative, operational, and people‑focused responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Facility Administration Oversee daily office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Manage office supplies, equipment, and general facility needs. Coordinate maintenance requests, safety checks, and workspace organization. Maintain filing systems, controlled documents, logs, and administrative records. Support leadership with scheduling, communication, and meeting coordination. Oversee mail handling, shipping, and administrative workflows (excluding product order shipping handled by designated staff). Controlled Documentation (Manufacturing & Compliance) Create, implement, and maintain controlled documents including SOPs, work instructions, forms, logs, and revision‑controlled records. Ensure documentation meets FDA, GMP, and internal compliance requirements. Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution. Maintain training records and ensure employees are up to date on required documentation. Human Resources Support Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and offboarding. Maintain employee files, HRIS data, and compliance documentation. Collect and verify timesheets; support payroll coordination with finance. Administer benefits updates and employee inquiries. Support employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality. Assist leadership with corrective action documentation and performance review coordination. Manufacturing Department Support Communicate with leadership regarding issues arising in capsule and tablet production , including staffing, machine maintenance concerns, and workflow disruptions. Coordinate with R D, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operational communication. Support cross‑department tasks such as sample coordination, documentation updates, and production scheduling needs. Culture & Communication Promote a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace environment. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and administrative support. Coordinate team events, recognition programs, and internal announcements. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in office management, manufacturing administration, or HR support. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with controlled documents, SOPs, or regulated environments (FDA/GMP preferred). Proficiency with office software, HRIS systems, and digital communication tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, food production, supplements, or GMP environments. Familiarity with production workflows, machine maintenance logs, or batch documentation. Experience supporting payroll or scheduling functions. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time, on‑site position. Competitive pay based on experience.

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
