is recruiting motivated individuals for gas and energy enrollment sales. Whether you're starting as a Sales Representative or ready to lead and grow a team, we have opportunities for personal production and leadership.

SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Earn $40 per qualifying enrollment . Reach 50 personal enrollments in one week and earn an additional $10 per enrollment for that week. 50 enrollments × $50 = $2,500 for the week.

TEAM LEADERS

Earn through your own enrollments plus team production. $5 override per team enrollment when your team reaches 150+ enrollments in a week. Personal enrollments are paid separately.

Example weekly earnings:

250 team enrollments × $5 = $1,250 team override 50 personal enrollments × $50 = $2,500 personal earnings

Total:

$3,750 for the week

OFFICE MANAGERS

Lead, develop, and grow a sales team while earning through team performance and personal production. $10 override per team enrollment when your team reaches 300+ enrollments in a week. Personal enrollments are paid separately.

Example weekly earnings:

1,000 team enrollments × $10 = $10,000 team override 50 personal enrollments × $50 = $2,500 personal earnings

Total:

$12,500 for the week

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Connect with customers and explain available gas and energy enrollment options. Generate qualifying enrollments through direct customer outreach. Help customers complete enrollment accurately. Team Leaders and Office Managers will coach representatives and support team growth.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication and people skills. Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. Comfortable with direct sales and customer outreach. Leadership or sales experience is helpful, but not required.
