About the Role This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing caregivers, coordinating client services, and ensuring exceptional care delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and client coordination Supervise caregivers and ensure accountability Support recruiting, onboarding, and training caregivers Ensure compliance with California Department of Social Services regulations and company policies Maintain accurate and organized client and employee records Handle client communication and resolve concerns professionally Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and quality of care Manage scheduling changes and urgent coverage needs as they arise Assist with billing and administrative tasks Support marketing and community outreach efforts to grow the business Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment What Success Looks Like Smooth daily operations with minimal scheduling gaps High caregiver reliability and retention Strong client satisfaction Proactive problem-solving Full compliance with state requirements and internal processes Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or healthcare-related role (5 years' experience without bachelor's degree) Experience building and managing a team (preferred) Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services (strongly preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office What We're Looking For High level of accountability and ownership Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented Someone who wants to grow with the company and take pride in their work Schedule Expectations Full-time position, primarily Monday-Friday business hours Flexibility to assist with urgent scheduling or operational needs as they arise Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Professional growth opportunity within a growing company To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief message explaining why you would be a strong fit for this role.
