Job Description

Office Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish NAPD is hiring a full-time Office Manager to support an adult day program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Office Manager handles confidential client records, attendance and program documentation, spreadsheets, calendars, supplies, phone calls, tours, and other daily administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Minimum 40 WPM typing Comfortable working with computers, PDFs, electronic files, and spreadsheets Ability to quickly learn Canva and create calendars, forms, and flyers; experience preferred Strong communication and attention to detail Comfortable working around and interacting with individuals with IDD Administrative/office experience preferred Must meet California Community Care Licensing (CCL) background clearance requirements
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Full-Time | 8 hours daily | No weekends The ideal candidate is someone who can stay organized, prioritize independently, learn quickly, and keep up with a busy program environment.
Pay:
$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
