Bookkeeper Salary:

Bookkeeper:
Manage day-to-day office operations, vendors, insurance renewals, and administrative functions. Oversee employee onboarding, benefits administration, personnel records, and payroll processing. Maintain company bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial records. Supervise and support the receptionist while providing backup coverage as needed. Coordinate office events, employee activities, and company functions. Bookkeeper:
3+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, HR administration, or a related role. Proficiency with QuickBooks. Experience with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Previous supervisory or employee oversight experience preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities independently. EB-1974699321
