Role:
Neware Technology LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our Fremont, CA office running smoothly. This is a full-time position. To start, you'll begin with a 2-week part-time training period (7:00 PM-11:00 PM, Monday-Friday) to learn our internal BI systems, before transitioning to full-time daytime hours in our Fremont office.

Neware Technology LLC is the U.S. sales and support arm of Neware, a global leader in battery testing equipment since 1998.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and equipment log-outs via our internal app Track purchasing needs and update our BI system; manage filing, scanning, copying, and document organization Maintain accurate records in company systems (tools, supplies, inventory) Order and maintain office supplies Maintain organized office records, including expiration dates and business documentation Identify and correct billing errors, including calling vendors to resolve them Manage meeting/calendar scheduling and work assignment tracking Answer phone calls for sales and warranty inquiries; manage DingTalk communications Correct employee timecard entries as needed Provide general administrative support to the HR function as needed Translate Chinese-English during technical training sessions (a plus, not required)
Requirements:
Willing and able to work a temporary evening schedule (7 PM-11 PM) for the first 2 weeks of employment for BI system training Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong verbal communication and customer service skills — this role requires phone-based communication, not email or survey-based outreach Comfortable managing multiple ongoing tasks and priorities Reliable and detail-oriented Mandarin Speaker a plus
Compensation:
$24.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience
