This role is vital in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting team members, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring strong office management skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to foster a productive and welcoming workplace. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events to optimize team productivity Maintain accurate data entry records using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Coordinate office supplies procurement, filing systems, and inventory management to ensure operational readiness Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly and effectively Support administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence to streamline office processes Assist with clerical duties including typing, data entry, and maintaining organized records for easy access Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tools Technical proficiency with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and printers/scanners Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and professional communication abilities Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new productivity software or technical tools Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in front desk operations or as a personal assistant is advantageous Join us as an Office Manager to lead our administrative team with energy and enthusiasm!
