This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety — one hour you may be entering invoices, the next answering a multi-line phone system, restocking supplies, or helping our administrative team push a special project across the finish line. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who juggles competing priorities without losing accuracy, communicates clearly and professionally with both customers and internal staff, and takes pride in keeping the front office running smoothly. You'll handle light AP/AR work including invoice entry, payment posting, and follow-up with customers on collections and billing discrepancies, alongside general office administration such as filing, copying, and data entry. Because we serve a largely Armenian-speaking customer base, conversational proficiency in Armenian is required for this position. You'll be a primary point of contact by phone and in person, so the ability to speak comfortably with clients in Armenian is essential. Written work is handled in English. Responsibilities Perform light AP/AR functions including entering invoices and payments Assist with collections and work with customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies Answer multi-line phones, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff Order office supplies as necessary and ensure supplies are stocked at all times Ensure the front office and break area are clean and orderly on a daily basis Provide support to our administrative staff as needed with special projects General office administration including filing, copying, and data entry Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 1-2 years of relevant administrative or office experience Conversational fluency in Armenian required (spoken); written work is in English Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word, and Outlook — and a thorough working knowledge of the internet Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines with efficiency and accuracy, with little supervision Must pass a background check Preferred 1+ year in a customer-facing or phone-heavy role Prior experience with invoicing, collections, or basic bookkeeping
