Office Administrator (Part-Time) Gold River, CA Keystone Structural Engineers is a growing structural engineering firm seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to support our team and contribute to the continued growth of our company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of office operations, supporting business development efforts, and being an integral part of a collaborative professional team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including phone and email communication Support senior management in HR tasks, marketing and accounting Serve as a point of contact for clients and business associates Coordinate project scheduling and assist senior managers with proposal preparation Assist with client outreach and follow-up efforts Maintain organized records, documentation, and internal administrative systems Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and processes Minimum Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in an office administrative role Experience in engineering, architecture, or construction industries is preferred but not required Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required Desired Skills and Attributes Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Professional demeanor when interacting with clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office Self-motivated with the ability to work independently What We Offer Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling Opportunity to grow with a developing professional firm Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to business development and project management processes
