This role oversees front desk operations, office coordination, facilities support, event planning, supply management, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, answer and route calls, greet visitors, and coordinate office access. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, shipping, and office correspondence. Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, catering, and office events. Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Serve as the primary liaison with building management and vendors for facility maintenance and office operations. Set up workstations for new hires, visitors, and leadership team members. Support employee engagement activities, office communications, celebrations, and culture initiatives. Qualifications Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Customer service-oriented with a professional and welcoming demeanor. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office technology systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
