Position Summary Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing office operations, such as handling attendance records, documents, and mail services. Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage office supplies Manage HR onboarding processes, maintaining employee documents, and ensuring compliance. Coordinate inter-departmental communications and provide administrative backing for key business management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher. Degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration are strongly preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Full professional fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is must Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at multitasking 1+ years of experience in an administrative, business, or accounting role is preferred OPT candidates are welcome; training and career growth opportunities available
