A strong hospitality mindset and the ability to anticipate needs are essential.Key Responsibilities Office Operations:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is organized, functional, and well maintained.Hospitality & Employee Experience:
Create a warm, professional environment and provide a high level of hospitality to employees, clients, candidates, and guests.Vendors & Facilities:
Coordinate with vendors, building management, maintenance providers, and other service partners to ensure needs are addressed efficiently.Office Services:
Manage supplies, deliveries, equipment, kitchen and common areas, and other day-to-day office needs.Events & Meetings:
Support office events, meetings, lunches, and gatherings, coordinating logistics from planning through execution.Administrative Support:
Assist with a variety of administrative and operational projects as needed.Problem Solving:
Identify issues before they become problems and take ownership of finding practical solutions.Cross-Functional Support:
Partner with leadership and employees to ensure the office operates seamlessly.What We Are Looking For Experience:
3+ years of Office Manager, Workplace, Hospitality, Administrative, or similar experience.Hands-On Approach:
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and personally handling whatever needs to get done.Hospitality Mindset:
Naturally welcoming, service-oriented, and attentive to the experience of those around you.Organization:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.Ownership:
